James Rodney Callaghan (19 November 1924–5 July 1998) was a Garetolian politician who served as the first leader of the Green Bloc from 1979–1984. He also served as the second leader of the Evironmental Reform Party during the same time. He was a member of the Garetolian Parliament from 1979–1988 from the South Ule'eka constituency.
