Waldemar Fegelein (28 June 1988) is an Erebonian soldier and officer. He is an alumnus of the Thors Military Academy and is currently serving in the joint Commonwealth forces. He is husband of Erebonian homeroom teacher, Sarah Valestine. Outside of the military, He is a member of the multi-national band, Himitsu.

Early Life

Waldemar is born on the City of Kongsberg, Western Erebonia, Erebonian Empire. As the only child, He had all the attention from his parents, whom he loved. His father is a Colonel in the Imperial Army of Erebonia while his mother is a tea shop owner. Waldemar has a passion for Chemistry but refused to take Chemical Engineering and instead, He enrolled for Financial Management in the University of Cologne. He graduated with a bachelors degree and decided to enlist in the Erebonian Army.

Military Career

Before the Imperial Crisis, He was mostly delegated to reservist roles. On September 15, 2013, He was assigned as the Vice-Commandant to the Thors Military Academy before he decided to become a professor for Finance in the Academy. He was very much praised for his strict handling of classes and always treats his class with ice cream or a lunch out at his mother's tea shop. Despite his heavy duties at the academy, He never fails to also work at his mother's tea shop and eventually inherited it.

He met Sarah Valestine when he became the Accounting professor for Class 7, Sarah's homeroom class. Of all the classes in the academy, Class 7 is Waldemar's favorite class because the class never fails to do what he asked them to do, especially during a blow-out treat for their homeroom teacher. Sarah and Waldemar's relationship eventually became close including his relationship with her homeroom class. Class 7 was also responsible for setting Waldemar and Sarah up. Eventually, Waldemar admitted to falling for Sarah and their relationship officially began after the TRIOC Exercise.

Together with Sarah and Class 7, Waldemar served further distinction under Kiriya Kitagawa's command on Task Force 142.

Personal Life

Waldemar is a lover of Nihonnese Anime. He has done monthly rewatches of Golden Time. But in his private quarters, He watches H-animes and Sarah caught him doing it, Hence he is called by Sarah "Penniless H-game lover" when Waldemar never plays them.

Waldemar met Sarah outside his office when she was drunk and decided to take and place her down on his couch. When she had woken up to see a tray of food in front of her, She falls in love with Waldemar after mistaking him for someone who will take care of her. He grew to be irritated at Sarah but when He knew of her struggle, He eventually accepts her and soon, He returns her feelings and they go out.

Waldemar proposed to her on December 24, 2016 and she accepted. They were married on June 6, 2017. Their daughter, Hinara Fegelein was born on June 6, 2018.

• Waldemar stands at 5'6 1/2.
• His favorite students included Varian Rean Schwimmer, Alisa Rainford, and Laura S. Arseid, who was the first in the class to setting him up with Sarah.
• Has a habit of collecting anime figures.
• He is known for committing antics towards his superiors. An example is Gallian General Georg von Damon when Waldemar sabotaged the elevator, trapping the General for 5 hours inside with his officers.
• He is the only officer in the Allied Army to have numerous words attached to his name, inventing the "Fegel-" prefix. Words invented include "Fegel-Gun" (Waldemar's PPK), "Fegel-Girlfriend/Fegel-Wife" (Sarah Valestine), "Fegel-Class" (Class 7), "Fegel-Bed" (The bed he shares with Sarah), "Fegel-Card" (Waldemar's Credit Card), "Fegel-Tea" (Waldemar's Lucian Breakfast Tea), "Fegel-Watch", "Fegel-Office", "Fegel-Ring" (Waldemar and Sarah's engagement ring), "Fegel-Kiss", "Fegel-Hug" and many more.
• He is known as the "Hermann Fegelein of the Allied Army" after the character from the film The Bunker in the parodies where Fegelein commits insane antics against Emperor Maximillian.
• Shiori and Tatsumi co-wrote the song Monster in reference to Sarah and Waldemar's relationship and was the direct basis for the writing it. It was a gift from the couple to Sarah and Waldemar. It was sang by Shiori and Tatsumi during the latter's wedding.
• Waldemar possesses the Western Erebonian English Tongue, which is a derivative of Lucian English, very much like Zanarkian English but less than Nihhonese, Rubrumian or Basel-Ebelian English.
