José Xavier Gomes Lérias Cascais is a Produese politician and university guest lecturer who was the Prime Minister of Produzland from 2011 to 2015. He was the leader of the Produese Socialist Workers' Party (PTSP) between 2007 and 2018.

Born and raised in Castanheira, Lérias Cascais began his political career as an advisor to new President of the Produese Socialist Workers' Party António Pires dos Santos shortly after the party's legalization in 1982. He became a member of the Congress of Deputies in 1988 and was elected President of PTSP in 2007 after Prime Minister Camila Cruz's resignation as head of the party. He became Prime Minister after PTSP's landside victory in the 2010 General Election, defeating the Patron's Party and incumbent Prime Minister Luís Gonçalves.
