The Urí Margidda Conflict is a territorial conflict over the Urí Margidda Valley primarily between Nise and Sohar, with other nations involved. The conflict started following the 1950-1951 Urí Margidda War a brief conflict which ended with the revocation of the Treaty of XX establishing the national boundaries between the two nations by Estmere. The conflict has escalated into four wars between Sohar and Nise and numerous skirmishes and minor border conflicts over the last seventy years. Currently Nise has a predominant position in the River Valley with Nise fully controlling the Western Bank of the River and numerous crossings and outposts on the Eastern side of the river.
