Haravo Liechett
Antres FC
One of Antres' biggest stars, helped them win the 2018 title. With him gone, Antres does not look forward to its dark future in the slightest.
1/30/21
Skern Arabol
Pavre FC
A dealbreaker for Pavre's future as their best player takes a step off of his career.
5/6/21
Adrian Xalure
Leviasan SC
A very late and unexpected retirement for a Leviasan defender, which really took their momentum out of the whole club. Although many thought that he had a few more seasons left in him, however he still retired early for a few medical concerns.
2/13/21
Ben Radieucift
Antres FC
Another reason why Antres fell the way it did, and was an amazing team player for Antres and a large portion for the club's success.
3/1/21
Stunlevic Derviou
Porlaik FC
A great Porlaik midfielder, once capable of leading the team athletically. However, after a very long career in the Shodiax, he finally stepped down because of family and mental issues, and he did this rather than a short break because he knew that he wouldn't really be able to come back very well physically if he did.

Awards
Although the Shodiax League doesn't have very many awards, all it really does is make the winners more appreciated and lauded for their success. Nonetheless, the lists below include the winners of the awards.
The following is each team's wrap-up for the season from a neutral point of view, in order of their place in the table.
SV Mai
Current Logo
Coming into this season, expectations were quite unestablished, coming off a 6th place finish the previous season. There was no doubt that SV Mai would improve with the motion of their two stars' (Hulaine and Abvience) relationship, however no one knew how much the entire team would benfit without the off-season giving or taking away talent. The club came into their first few games underconfident, starting 4-1-1, their wins being over weak opponents. The captains, Hulaine and Abvience realized this unstable attitude from the rest of the team and straight out confronted them, making it clear if they all put in the effort they could be the best they ever have been. Their following match was against the defending runner-ups of the league, Tintianto SC, which shockingly ended 2-1. Despite the score ending close, the game was entirely different, Mai containing a whopping 79% of the possession that game. After a couple more shakey draws that followed, this team was on a ridiculous unbeaten streak and was truly unstoppable for 17 straight matches. This included a win over Vovilveante XCT, the defending champions, right before the streak collapsed, which was excecuted by Tintianto SC themselves. Despite this, SV Mai continuedd to make improvements, and until the 33rd matchday they only had 2 losses. In their game against PFC Craine (33rd matchday), tensions were extremely high, with outside-the-pitch controversies disrupting the focus of the players. Despite this, the team finished 25-6-3, the best in franchise history, along with their first ever Shodiax Disvaii[3] for the club. I believe it is safe to say that this team has their heads held high for next season, along with their first ACLC appearance in 24 years.

This powehouse of a team has just come off 3 straight titles, without a doubt trying to prolong their 9-year dynasty. Even with this, they were still not expected to win the whole thing again, losing midfielder Anserdal and defender Fiurven to retirement, and with their top players slowly losing their youth. These were devastating losses to VOX, however they remained positive to give it their all with newly signed Quill. Meanwhile, Harrison and Jaitleii, the best players of the club, have took it upon themselves to carry the team forward this season. The team had one of their strongest starts ever as a team, having only wins in their first 8 matches. Then nothing could save them from winning only 2 of their next 5, with spontaneous minor injuries hitting the club. The rest of the season filled out according to expectations, finishing with a record of 24-6-4. Although they might not have the consistancy to have the best record in the league, they for sure still have the best team in the league, with 11 more goals than the second, and with 5 less goals conceded. The team, although falling apart from their peak, is still quite stable on the coaching side, and Harrison and Jaitleii planned to stay at least another 5 years, so it's safe to say that VOX is currently in survival mode.

Tintianto SC
Current Logo
Tintianto SC came into this season with an agenda not too easy to accomplish- to destroy any doubt that last year's runner-up season was no fluke. This was especially difficult because of their dual relevance, also participating in the ACLC. Their roster had relatively stayed the same, only losing some minor players. Daveksen, their top player, puts leadership as another quality on his resume, taking on his first year with the captain role. They started off with ambition, however it did not seem to show in their results, struggling on games that that they should easily win. The team lacked midfield play, being seemingly picked on by tactics such as counter attacking. After 11 matchdays, Player Coach Arlintihn had seen enough, working endlessly with their midfielders. Eventually, his effort had made a difference, seeing a significant difference in performance at Matchday 15. This would not fizzle out, with the change in results clearly showing throughout the season. For reference, they had four losses in their first 14 games, and only had three the rest of the season. Their final record was a 21-6-7. Nearing the end of the season, they had traded their now beloved midfielder, Carbandosc, for the Elonviik star Baileii. The hopes are to have an extremely strong forward section, which will hopefully lead them to a great season and a title.

VfL Neu Volfsbeurɣ
Current Logo
This team has impeccable balance, having easily the most talenting midfield and the least offensive turnovers. This was not unknown coming into the season, but it's truly amazing how this is true to such an extent. Poor coaching is the fault to blame for their underperformance this season, with their defense extremely lacking the talent needed once it gets past their midfielders. Compared to last season, their roster is a bit better, replacing now retired Lasken with Veɣhorst on offense, and their midfielders obviously gaining experience and talent, given that they're generally young. Throughout the season they were extremely consistent, so much so that it was kind of a setback. The team could not seem to finish off a good lead, having the second most draws in Shodiax history. Even though plenty can agree that their season was way too consistent, they had a few games where plenty were impressed. For example, they won the highest-scoring game of the season, a 7-1 victory away from home at Pavre FC. Veɣhorst certainly helped out the slowing-down Ɣomez on offense, having the second-most goals in the league. Even though there are mixed views on how to fix their problems, all Volfsbeurɣ fans should be proud of an 18-12-4 record this season. We'll see how the team attempts to improve next season.

Porlaik FC
Current Logo
Porliak has been viewed high on their pedastol in the past, going second and third numerous times in the last decade, however, all good times must eventually come to an end. Their top player, Trovachiston, may have been the reason, as he has slown down a lot recently, hence, making the team pass the ball around much more. Thus, the team has had franchise record-breaking time of possession. This team is much like Volfsbeurɣ in the sense that they have very little deep defense and has a lot of draws, however it is not because of the coaching at all, more the fault of the contractors, overpaying for many of their top-scorers. Their top-level keeper, Ray, has not enjoyed the season in the slightest, publicly saying that he will not return to Porlaik next season due to the lack of pay managment for the club's defense, players and coach. If Porlaik cannot win him back or get a near-equal keeper for next season, there is no doubt in anyone's mind that the club will collapse in every way possible. But if they can stay stable in that department, it is likely that their record will stay close to what they had this year, which was an 18-10-6. With all the problems that this club had, it's lucky that they barely dropped since last season.

Vintvenxva XCT
Current Logo
This organization, at least according to its past, has been embarrassingly average, that is, until this season. The team has scouted Rembioski since his middle school years, and has appropriately saved up along with the years. Finally it has paid off, with the signing occuring around the 10th matchday. Despite the hype, of whose claim Rembioski could even be better than peak Harrison, they, as previously mentioned, had to wait a while before gaining his talent, as Trinalxii was taking their hand at him. The first eight games, the team was missing the motivation to really succeed, clearly showing in their 1-4-3 starting record. This lack of success did not continue, however, as once they claimed Rembioski, their new talent had fit in perfectly and their record showed it. Rembioski had an amazing rookie year, certainly doing his part in boosting the club, even without any prior pro experience. Scarvis had definitely helped out in the leadership category, not only bringing back the talent of the team after a rough start, but also improving Rembioski whenever he could. With a final record of 18-8-8, and with plenty of room for improvement, it's safe to say that this team is a natural contender for next year's title, even if the rumor of Scarvis retiring is indeed true. This team has a lot ahead of them and they're entirely aware that one small mistake could ruin Remioski's potential, which is the reason for this team's early half-success.

Trinalxii XCT
Current Logo
This team is a recurring reminder that only one man can't save a sinking ship, and that's not being mean, it's just true. This team has been excessively carried by Mblond alone, without managers or coaches trying to deroute this unfortunate reality. Trinalxii hasn't moved from the dead middle of the standings since Mblond came to the team, and hasn't seen any new talent come into the organization since. Everyone in the organization has simply accepted that they're completely average and is fameless without Drev, and although most coaches are wanting only the best for the team, they need new players to do that, which the club is reluctant to hire new players in fear of Drev losing interest in the club with a pay decrease, even though he hasn't said a thing that would even hint that he'd be mad about such a thing. The whole thing is a cycle that everyone is afraid to touch, fearing that it'll blow up in their faces and they'd get all the blame. They have tried this over the off-season, claiming Rembioski, but quickly gave up on him for simple cash. But in the meantime, we just have to deal with the, well, averageness we have now. That being said, it's a surprise that they managed to get a 15-9-10 this season. Due to a lack of defense, many of their games were high scoring, left to unpredictability as to whether they'd actually do well in a game or not. As the team looks forward to next season, they just need to hope that someone pulls the chord and finally gets this team going, and at this point I don't think anyone has a preference what that direction is.

Antres FC
Current Logo
Antres has a very similar progression route to Porlaik, with the loss of Liechett to retirement. With this, they have brought back Lavvund, who was previously with Vovilveante, in hopes to regain their loss despite Lavvund not being far from retiring either. Instead of contracting new talent, they're simply milking out what their old talents had, which is fair enough, but they need young players before it's too late. Before they had traded to get Lavvund back, they had quite a good start, however it's extremely possible that Jovvik and Plandurex were too valuable to the team, as their streak immediately ended with the change. Fans speculate that, although it was a crowd-pleaser, the trade was a terrible decision, even though Jovvik and Plandurex were loaned to Vovilveante and will be offered in a trade-back, their momentum in relationship with the club would be ruined. But all in all, it's not likely that a team that drops five positions from last year and finishes with a record of 14-7-3 will bounce back the following season, or anytime soon for that matter. The direction for this team is reliant on its recruiters currently, which is never a good sign, but we'll see how it turns out.

PFC Craine
Current Logo
Craine is putting in their first year in the Shodiax Piruen Iede, just coming out of the Vaitrel. Last season, they had put up an impressive performance and won almost all of their games, including both wins over SV Antres, which proved to be relevant as it knocked Antres out of promotion. They had done so with their teamwork on the offensive side. In between seasons, their roster hadn't changed in the slightest. It consists of many prime minor-stars that have a great relationship with one another. At the beginning of this season, things started quite rough as they started off 0-0-3. However, over time they had started to get used to the new environment and began to play much more fearlessly, as you can clearly see by an extreme result change half-way through the season. Although the team as a whole has gotten better and more comfortable, the team suffers the same fate as Volfsbeurɣ, being extremely vulnerable to a counter-attacking stategy with their defense being weak at times. This allows games of theirs to be high-scoring and sometimes even unpredictable. The club is aware of their avarageness in the league, which is why, during this offseason, they will start majorly going through possible stars. This isn't an extreme issue, however, since they have plenty of time to do so, having the lowest agerage age in the league. The club is proud of their 14-7-13 record and is looking forward to their exciting future in the Piruen Iede.

Hutdarf XCT
Current Logo
This team is easily the most inconsistent and independent team in all of Shodiax. Although this can be extremely discouraging for the team's success in many ways, this also temporarily builds up specific players, which can be good use for trades. Hutdarf is completely aware of this, and actually this is the reason why right now the team is what it is. Unlike any team would even support the risk, Hutdarf took it to an extreme since their promotion in 2020. Varc is completely ahead of the rest, and Wilccon and Leim can also be separated. The surprisingly publicated plan was to build up these players 1 on 1 with little to no awareness to teamwork, and trade some of those better players and sign young talents, and then focusing on the important teamwork with the new player(s). Many fans say that this is "breaking the game", which not many can disagree with, however the bravery by the coaches in this decision deserves to be rewarded, and I honestly think it will in the future. But for now, we have to deal with the inconsistent design of this club. The roster is almost identical to preceding seasons, and each match this club was a part of was exceedingly unpredictable. This being said, they were handed a record of 14-5-15, which was no surprise by any Hutdarf fan. In the future, the goal is simple- recruit a youth star and develop teamlork from there.

SV Neu Darmstant
Current Logo
This club's only priority is defense, and it clearly shows by all of its statistics. The defense, led by goalkeeper Xarr, is unconventionally strong, with its forwards mainly focusing on conducting counter-attecks, as long as participating on the defensive side at times during practice. This being said, the team's weakness is the lack of interworkings between teammates, as throughout this season they had four of their starters traded away. These trades were to upgrade the defense of the club, but they also traded for the former Thres forward and star, Oraheim. This definitely brought more balance to the team, as they had so obviously lacked in previous trials. Although the teamwork is there, they are often uncertain where to go in specific situations and really who to rely on in times of trouble, and really a lack of brotherhood between teammates. The coaches are entirely aware of this, knowing if these issues are not tended to properly that the consequence will most likely be relegation. Despite this team finishing 10th in the standings overall, they had the 4th least goals conceded, following only Vovilveante, Mai, and Porlaik. Excluding the trades, Neu Darmstant's season was generally uneventful, finishing with a record of 11-10-13. For the future, they really just need to get more of a balance, not to their players, there's nothing wrong with the level of strong defense this team has, but more to their tactics, as they really know very little about such topics.

Of all the teams in the Shodiax Piruen Iede, this is possibly the most unexeciting and bland. Concerning the starters' individual skill, they're all quite average, even their top scorer, Mellopicca, isn't anyone amazing. The teamwork, however, is over average levels, as even without any real good players, the club has managed to place decently on the table. Unless their recruiters really step it up soon, the team is destined nowhere and will probably stay in the bottom half of the standings for a long period of time. Their defense is especially inefficient, with goalkeeping being one of the worst in the league, even though their actual fielders on defense being stock average and no fatal flaws. Along with Pavre, they were desparate to some answers in this section, therefore swapping each other's goalkeepers. This did not help all that much, considering it was near the end of the season, and also their results at that time. Good to mention once more that despite the extreme averageness, they managed to finish with an 11-6-17 record. We'll just have to wait and see for what things might change the course of this 'lost' team.

SC Ɣuez
Current Logo
Similarly to Neu Darmstant, this club puts their main tactics defense-realated and talent is mostly on the defensive side. Despite this, the team lacks in teamwork and relationship between coach and players. with this, Ɣuez is similar to many teams in the mid-lower half of the Shodiax Piruen Iede, a decent club with errors that the coaches have mixed opinions on how exactly to fix them and get out of their slump. However, there is one position that Ɣuez coaches can seem to agree on- that being the keeper. Hescal isn't necessarily terrible, but in order to succeed defensively you equally need a good goalkeeper to back it up, and recruiters are focusing on possible youth talent for their prediciment. This season, they were faced with conflict that they had no way to avoid. On matchday 16, playing at Antres, star defensive player Lebbt landed strangely on his left wrist and would be out for 9 weeks, as it resulted in a bad sprain. Although this would not have effected his playing, he took neccesary precautions and did not play during these weeks, fearing that its condition may get worse. During this period, the club realized how important he was to the team, only winning once against bottom-of-the-standings Elonviik. This easily effected the record for the team as well, finishing at 8-10-16. Needless to say, even if Lebbt had still been present, the record wouldn't be too much different and would probably result in maybe one spot higher in the table, if that. Going forward, there's a lot to fix, and the future doesn't hold much hope, as they have little left in their salary cap, but trades will end the drought if excecuted correctly.

Thres Sprevin
Current Logo
This team has changed a lot since the very beginning of the season, both in performance and attitude. Going into the season, it seemed as though they were wanting to be relegated, starting awfully at 0-3-7. But after that hint of fear lurked in by around half way through the season, they began to truly appreciate each game, focusing on one at a time. It also helped that they traded their only good player on the whole team, Oraheim, for two good ones in Sibbens and Ave. The team itself is pretty balanced, but not neccessarily in a good way. This club, unlike many in this area of the table, has room to grow with a low salary cap, and it also helps to mention the players are improving seemingly daily. These factors make the recruiters' job easier, as plenty potential starters have Thres highly in their list for where they want to go. Considering that they only had 2 wins in their entire first half of the season, the club now knows that there is no excuse for perpetually slacking off in matches, as they all count, no matter where your team is progressively. This being said, they finished with a record of 9-6-16, including a few unexpectedly good results to keep their morale high, such as their 2-1 victory over Vovilveante. The future looks to be in their favor by all means, and many Thres fans are excited for it.

VfL Kandal
Current Logo
Kandal is a club that's had a good run in the Piruen, however, that run has finally begun to come to an end. This team is fully aware of its aging roster and incapability of regathering itself due to its nonpreferable treatment of its players. Due to this, recruitment has been nearly impossible and the only hope for this team is that they exit the Piruen well. The team has not even attempted any trades this season, as they wish to rebuild in the Vaitrel rather than the Piruen. Upon its playstyle, it is centered around its midfield, trying to keep possessions going for as long as possible once started. The interworkings between players have been great, knowing each other for a while. One thing many have noticed about this team is that wins are sporadic, beating generally good teams at inconsistent times during the season. With this, wins are few in quantity as well, showing in their record of 6-8-20. Overall, there's not a lot to say about this team except they they're waiting for the perfect moment to rebuild, and will do little before they find such time.

Arris Park
Current Logo
Arris has just wrapped up their first season in the Piruen Iede, never having been in this level of the league before. The objective this year was to put in a good word for the club and make small improvements before being full contenders. This may seem like very tenitive goals for a team coming into the Piruen, but they really aren't considering that they're lucky to even get into the league, with a lucky goal by Craine against SV Antres to send them in. The team was humble and all recognized this, however I guess they weren't humble enough to put survive on the list, as if they did they'd have barely passed that. Arris' main focus on the field is their ability to keep the defense and midfield on the same page, and this coordination is probably the best between two different positions in the whole league, making almost no mistakes through their communication and such. Getting started in their new environment talent-wise was rough, however started to pick up more and more throughout the season. Their coordination helped a lot, as the midfield was able to help out the lacking defense and made things a lot easier than they would have been if this was not their specialty. Although Sevclondi is their only great player, they did not single him out at all, as the coach played him as a midfielder instead of his usual forward position. Some spectulate this decision, saying that it hurt the team's potential, however Sevclondi admits that is was a good learning experience for him. The club finished with a 6-6-22 record, and lots of observing from the coaches leads many to believe that coaches are currently going through tapes to figure on what to improve on before next season.

Pavre FC
Pavre has had a strange season- from looking fine and average to being relegated, and with very little factors during the season to make this a reality. Coming into the season, their roster was looking worse than last season, but not by an overwhelming amount, or even by a lot either. The team itself isn't focused around any aspect of the game, being average in that matter. For years, Sczxama and Scarava had been their star players, and quite comfortably in that position as well. However, Sczxama had been nearing retirement recently, drastically decreasing in strength of his legs to be specific. Scarava had injured his thigh through the offseason, however had fully recovered once Shodiax had started up again. The season started off as planned, going 4-4-4 in their first 12 games, which is nothing unusual for this club. Then, they went on an unconventional winless streak, not winning a single game fot the rest of the season. As I said, there has been little to no glaring reasons why this drop-off in performance even was a thing. Some would state that the trades that Pavre had really messed them up, as it could have merely been a bad streak and they would snap out of it before the end of the season. Others would counter by quoting Sczxama, who admitted that his legs had bothered him more and more through the season, even though he wasn't contributing too much more before the streak happened. Whatever the reasoning is, they finished with a record of 4-7-23, also relegating this season. In the Vaitrel Iede, Pavre hopes to regain their lost talent and bring themselves back to the Piruen, eventually.

Elonviik FC
Elonviik is just another team that has been rewarded by the Vaitrel Iede Protests, and also the last of them. During the protests, relegation was postponed, and Elonviik would have been relegated a long time ago before now, and is the last of the four clubs that were clearly a lot worse than the rest of the teams in the Piruen at the time. They've been able to stay a year longer than expected because of Ɣrund Laz' unexpectedly bad season last year. Now, the team is terribly built, especially for midfielders, with an exception for Baileii, who is one of the best forwards in the entire league. Fortunately for Baileii, he was traded at the end of the season out of pity. The club has issues with being yellow carded, being one of the main reasons why their defense seemed worse that it really is. There was no surprise at all that this team would do poorly this season, and maybe that had a play on why Baileii couldn't even get close to saving the team, even nearing/in his prime years. This shows in the record of the team, which is 3-5-26. Honestly, I think it's generous that they even did that well. As they start to get settled into the Vaitrel Iede, their intent is to completely rebuild the team, which may take longer then we all think.

Onwards
With all of what's been said about the recent past, there is plenty of exciting talent to come in next year. Thanks to the relegation system, Elonviik FC and Pavre FC have been pulled ou tof the Piruen for next year, being replaced with SV Antres and Neu Rensek Sprevin. Along with them, new youth individuals have rose up to be elligable to play for a club in the Shodiax this year.
SV Antres
Current Logo
SV Antres' promotion has been put on hold for too long at this point. Two seasons ago, they missed out on promotion by a lucky goal from SC Chattson, and the following year missed out by a lucky goal from Arris Park. Finally, this year, they began to put their history aside and just focus on promotion, with no expections. Antres only lost 3 matches the entire year, making sure of their success. SV Antres is mainly made up of great playing on the defensive side, although counter-attacking is also a high priority. Their offensive star, Casdae Lerjivich, is not focused on scoring, rather to keep the momentum going and only shooting when he thinks that the time is right. Their defending style is quite aggressive, drawing plenty of yellow cards outide the box. If they are forced to defend inside, they no longer act aggressively but instead guarding close and pressuring the attacker's movements. Talent may be quite lacking, but teamwork and overall attitude of the game is far from it.
Neu Rensek Sprevin
Current Logo
Neu Rensek Sprevin has suffered a short yet sufficient term in the Vaitrel Iede, rebuilding some important portions of the team. The club has been on a constant downhill since their threepeat in 1997-99. Over the Vaitrel Iede Protests is when the club did most of its rebuilding, especially on the offensive side. During this Vaitrel Iede season, Neu Rensek rarely drew, their record mainly consisting of wins and the occasional loss. The club comes into the Piruen with a very strong set of forwards, including Sheil-Imunaltic and Bauhilda. Many think that this team will fit in nicely with the rest of the clubs, its teamwork making up for the lack of defensive talent. Its age is generally on the lower side; mentioning once again the changes across the Vaitrel Iede Protests, and this isn't subject to change, as their recruiters are still pretty active.
Rookie Potentials
Hinsir Ɣalade
Ɣalade is, by far, the most sought after player in the rookie category, some sources even saying that he's even better than Daveksen. Despite whatever his talent may turn out to be, he definitely plays like Daveksen, cooperative and positive towards teammates, but is slightly on the selfish side once getting into a scoring opportunity. When defending, forwards in general don't take much action, and he follows in suit, yet does his best to cut out passing lanes when the ball is turned over on their offensive side. Many clubs had attempted to get their hands on Ɣalade; including Porlaik FC, VfL Kandal, and Hutdarf XCT. But in the end, Ɣalade had decided that his home would lie in Leviasan SC, who offered him a 3-year contract of $45M ACU, which is quite a lot for a rookie. Leviasan is looking forward to bringing fresh talent like this into the team, no matter the cost, and Ɣalade is happy with how things turned out, at least for now.
Cinrild Halux
Although Halux is not as appraised for his entrance into the Piruen Iede as Ɣalade, he's certainly put in more effort. Ɣalade has always been good at the sport, and put in the work to simply get better, however, Halux has not and has needed to work for his success, putting hours upon hours of training every day. When you compare the two, Halux is a midfielder, rather than a forward, and tends to be very aggressive on defense, never giving the opposition a break, and ultimately more humble than Ɣalade. Unfortunately for him though, he cannot seem to do well once attacking. His precision is fine in passing and much appreciated by teammates, but chokes in a scoring opportunity. Nonetheless, clubs throughout the entire Shodiax League were trying to interest him into coming into their clubs, all with a similar price of around $30M ACU. He finally settled down in mid April to SV Neu Darmstant, for the previously mentioned price at 3 years.
Closing Summary
All in all, it's been quite a fair season, with a few firsts as well; such as SV Mai winning their first ever title and the first time a rookie has performed 20 goals spanning over two different clubs. The dynasties that once held up the 2010's decade have finnaly began their descent. Vovilveante XCT didn't look to have such a tough time, but when you look at their struggles off the field, you can definitely tell that they've lost their winning momentum. Both Porlaik FC and Antres FC missed their first Assilic Ciumervaii qualifications in over 10 years, and Antres falling so hard that they no longer have any of their main stars that pushed them to their once well-known success. The previously promoted teams (PFC Craine and Arris Park) both avoided being relegated and had a good experience, one by a greater noticable difference than the other. Finally, Pavre FC and Elonviik FC were given the sign of relegation, and both of which mildly appreciated it, as they both are now given time to rebuild their fallen team. Not much has really happened that's extremely unique, but I think all will remember that this was the year in which dynasties no longer ruled the league, rather from now on, titles were fought for and completely earned, not just second place.
