The Rodaves (Rodavese: Rodagues), officially, the Republic of the Rodaves (Rodavese: República dels Rodagues), is a sovereign state in the Western Isles. The Rodaves is compromised of the Rodavese Isles located in the South Mesder Sea west of Laeden and east of Mesderina. The republic has a population of 6,346,627 (2021) located primarily on the island of Navence with a mostly mediterranean climate. It is a parliamentary republic with Sebastià Domènech as president since 2017 and Laia Sacalm as prime minister since 2020.

The capital and largest city is Cartaganca, a large financial center located on the western coast of Navence on the Bay of Cartaganca. It has a population of 1.6 million within city limits and has a metropolitan area of around 3.2 million. Other major cities include Calonge, Vidal, Fontanilles, Montseny and Vic.

The Rodaves began as a loose confederation of feudal states, lead by local families before formalizing into an elected body which would select the Lord of the Republic of the Rodaves. The republic prospered in the middle ages and renaissance era, becoming a trading power led by its navy. The republic would fall to foreign powers at the end of the renaissance era and would be subjugated to foreign rule until the 1640 Rodavese revolution which would install a monarchy onto the islands. The Kingdom of the Rodaves would reestablish itself as a maritime power with growing influence until a series of political crisis following the Imperial War which would see the monarchy leave power in 1948 and a parliamentary republic established, with the current constitution being adopted in 1952.

The Rodaves is ones of the leading countries in oil production, banking, automobiles, and luxury goods. The country also is a large producer of seafood and pharmaceuticals. The Rodaves is also a global force in international mediating and peacekeeping, giving large amounts of funding and arms to League of the Western Isles peacekeeping forces, and hosting international summits.
