Carlotta Arucus-Tu'Aruc (November 21, 1768(1768-11-21) (aged 68)) was a Seran noble and member of the Seran royal family who served as the first Monarch of the United States of Sera. She ascended to the throne after the Quadrumvirate ruling what would become the United States of Sera chose to vest their powers and responsibilities into a powerful monarchy. As such, the Mbaku and Sakhile chieftains chose the son of the Kogan Chieftain and daughter of a Latinius Priestess to serve as the King and Queen and the progenitors of the royal family. Their union would signify the unification of the lands making up the Seran people, and to honor this comittment to all people the couple would change their last name from Turae and Arucus and combine them to create "Tu'Aruc".
