The Chairperson of the State Presidium of Auspicious Republic of Xiaodong (Xiaodongese: 国家常务委员会的晓东吉祥共和国主席; Guójiā chángwù wěiyuánhuì de Xiǎodōng jíxiáng gònghéguó zhǔxí) is the head of state of Xiaodong, as well as being the official chair of the State Presidium, the unicameral legislature of Xiaodong. The title is often called the State Chairman (主席; Zhǔxí) internationally, or more rarely President in some English language translations.

The State Chairman is officially a ceremonial role, with most executive power being in the hands of the First Minister of Xiaodong. The State Chairman serves as commander-in-chief of the Xiaodongese Defence Forces, appoints the First Minister, opens and dissolves the State Presidium and chairs the State Presidium.
