The Noble Assembly (Soliçian: Assemblée Noble) is the Upper House of the Wintonian National Congress. The Noble Assembly, takes on an advising role, approving important public appointments, ratifying treaties, and share the responsibilities of altering the constitution with the lower house. The Upper House consists entirely out of Hereditary Peers and Corporate Peers. There are no general elections although some companies run closed elections for their seat. There is a total of 154 seat in the upperhouse.
