Deimoseut (officially the '''Federal Republic of Deimoseut''') is a nation on the D[[eimos Peninsula]] in western [[Thrismari]]. It is bordered by [[Gassasinia]] to the south, [https://www.nationstates.net/nation=egsnart Egsnart] to the southwest, [[Kharzachia]] and [https://www.nationstates.net/nation=altoset Altoset] to the east. It shares a water border across the Rhendam Strait with the nation of [[Rhendam]]. Deimoseut holds jurisdiction over 2 major islands in the [[Hagalaz Ocean]]; [[Kiai Island]] and [[Denver Island]].
Deimoseut is divided into [[41 states]], 3 of which are on the islands. The continental states are grouped into 5 regions: Zentid Peninsula Region, Koplaavis Lakes Region, Kiavii Coast Region, Yttbric Steppe Region, and Vycter Desert Region, with 2 extra regions, Kiai and Denver, for the islands.

Deimoseut as it is today was a breakaway state of the [[Rhendam Empire]], which controlled the area from 1486 to 1723. The Rhendam Occupation continues to influence [[Deimic culture]] to this day. Cultures on the Deimos Peninsula have always been relatively separate from mainland Thrismari, because of the [[Vycter Mountains]] separating the people. However, cultures more similar to the nations in the [[Thrismari Desert]] were able to make their way through a [[northern gap]] in the mountains, settling in what is now northeastern Deimoseut and Kharzachia.

Deimoseut (officially the Federal Republic of Deimoseut) is a nation on the Deimos Peninsula in western Thrismari. It is bordered by Gassasinia to the south, Egsnart to the southwest, Kharzachia and Altoset to the east. It shares a water border across the Rhendam Strait with the nation of Rhendam. Deimoseut holds jurisdiction over 2 major islands in the Hagalaz Ocean; Kiai Island and Denver Island.

Deimoseut is divided into 41 states, 3 of which are on the islands. The continental states are grouped into 5 regions: Zentid Peninsula Region, Koplaavis Lakes Region, Kiavii Coast Region, Yttbric Steppe Region, and Vycter Desert Region, with 2 extra regions, Kiai and Denver, for the islands.
