The Union Artos (symbol: Ⱥ; ISO code: UNA; also abbreviated as UNȺ, referred to as the Artos, Union Artos, Ascionese Artos or colloquially buck), is the official currency of the Asia-Pacific Union. The name itself taken from the word 'Artos', which literally means 'money' in Sundanese. The Coinage Act of 2043 officially introduced the Union Artos, and authorized the minting of coins denominated in artos and cents. Union banknotes are issued in the form of Union Bank Notes, popularly called brownies due to their predominantly brown color.
Union Artos is one of the most traded currency in the world, second to Amenrian Cicis. As of April 24 2022, currencly circulation amounted to UNȺ$3.10 trillion, UNȺ3.05 of which is in Union Banknotes (the remaining UNȺ50 billion is in the form of coins).
