The Supreme Court of the Free City of Heavenfall is the highest ordinary court in the judicial system of Heavenfall. Comprising of 21 justices, the Court offers the final appelate review of decisions made by lower courts. By convention, the Court is divided into two 11‑justice bodies, one to hear civil appeals and another to hear criminal appeals, with the chief justice being a member of both. The jurisdiction of the Court is limited to cases outside the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court.
