The Elbresia Football Federation, also known as the Elbresia Premier League, is the top professional football league in Elbresia and has been played in its current format since 1967. As of June 2023, the Premier League is ranked 4th in Nortua according to NFC's ranking of league coefficients, which is based upon Elbresian team performances in Nortuan competitions. Many players in Premier League play on the Elbresia national football team. There are currently 16 teams in the league, a decrease from 18 in 2003.
