The Mava Medal for National Service (Mavean: Neikanaat, lit. 'Deserving'; Almagrian: Medalla de Mava al Servicio Nacional) is awarded by Mava Council, the governing authority of the Atitlanese territory of Mava. It is the sole award of Mava's government, instituted in 1998 to provide a unique Mavean award in addition to the Atitlanese honours system. The medal is awarded in two grades, first class (gold) and second class (silver), for major contributions to government, business, or civil society in Mava. It is awarded annually in March, the anniversary of Mava's home rule.

The medal is a stylised of mountains having three points at its top and a rounded bottom, at which is shown waves. The emblem of Mava is present above the waves. The reverse of the medal shows the recipient's name and date of award. The medal is worn with a ribbon of the Mavean colours: blue and white, as featured on the Mavean flag. At the top of the ribbon is a bar showing, either, the words "first" or "second" in Mavean for the gold and silver medals respectively.
