Zian is an Administrative District (Province) of Zamastan. It's largest city is Tofino, though it technically operates as its own district because it houses the Federal Government of Zamastan, the Zian Presidential Mansion and the residence of the President of Zamastan, as well as the home of the legislative branch: the Congressional Hall. Arinals, then, would be considered the largest city governed independently within the district of Zian.

Zian has major importance to the formation and history of Zamastan. The Catica First Nations have a history spanning more than 10,000 years, with colonial history beginning in the early 1700's.

Zian is defined by its Olympic coastline and mountain ranges. Nature areas like mountainous parks offer hiking and biking trails, as well as campgrounds.
