Joy Giovanni (23 April X919 (1993)) is a New Akibander soldier and actress serving in the New Akiba Defence Forces. She is currently placed under the Communications Corps while being under the ATS.

Early Life

Born to Archadian immigrants, Her parents were one of the refugees during the Archadian Revolution of 1990-1995; One of the bloodiest revolutions in history. She grew up with her family becoming collaborators with the New Akibander Government. Her father served as a soldier in the New Akiba Defence Forces with a rank of Captain while her mother became a chef. As young as 9, She watched her very first stage play, Into the Woods and with this, She became passionate to become an actress.

Her father was against her dream of being an actress but soon agreed if she passed her college exams and with that, Joy managed to enter the Polytechnic University of Auckland with a degree on theater arts. She soon graduated and starred in her first film in 2009.

Acting Career

After graduating, She starred in her first film as a minor character in 2009. She broke through when she was casted in her first main role in the film, The Deputation in 2011. She has starred in more than 15 more films from 2011 to 2015. Her most famous role was in the live action adaption of the psychological horror anime, Haunting. In 2015, She was casted as a minor character in the film Flower Ring.

Military Career

Due to the warming incidents and friction between the Allied Powers and the Imperials, Joy decided to enlist in the army and take a hiatus from her acting career. She is currently assigned to the ATS in the Communications Corps.
