Kwame Tu'Aruc (August 14th, 1693) was a Seran noble and member of the Seran royal family who served as the first Monarch of the United States of Sera. He ascended to the throne after the Quadrumvirate ruling what would become the United States of Sera chose to vest their powers and responsibilities into a single, powerful ruler. As such, the Mbaku and Sakhile chieftains chose the son of the Kogan Chieftain and daughter of a Latinius Priestess to serve as the King and Queen and the progenitors of the royal family. Their union would signify the unification of the lands making up the Seran people, and to honor this comittment to all people the couple would change their last name from Turae and Arucus and combine them to create "Tu'Aruc".
