The 2019-20 Copa de Mydra (otherwise known as the Mydran Cup) is the 127th edition of the tournament, which is the oldest professional footballing competitions in Midrasia, and one of the oldest in Aeia.

The tournament sees all teams apart from 2 within the Midrasian professional divisions of Liga Premiére, Liga 2, and Liga 3 compete. The two teams that do not compete are those promoted from the Division Nationale. This rule was introduced to give teams newly promoted to the professional divisions the advantage of not playing extra games to better enable them to survive within the league.

Liga Premiére side Olympique de Lotrique are the reigning champions, having won their 8th title within the 2018-19 season.
