Philip Claudius, Count of Durolipons, CI EEA CC EOV (Flavius Claudius Asellus Philippus Iasonis Alexander; b. 18 October 1959) is a Latin noble. Aarhusium is the heir of Isidorus Claudius, Duke of Samnium, and the Dukedom of Samnium, allowing him to be styled Count of Durolipons.

Biography

Durolipons was born on 18 October 1959 at Palatium Supranio, in Adrianople, as the second child of then Isidorus Claudius, Count of Durolipons and his wife Princess Juliette of Moieux. He was baptized at the private chapel in Palatium Supranio. His godparents are Jason Claudius, 36th Duke of Adrianople (his paternal grandfather) and Marie-Perenelle of Escondeaux (his paternal grandmother). He attended Pescia Academy in Adrianople. He later enrolled at Vigueria College, Haenna, where he earned a degree in Philosophy and Theology.

He served as an usher to his cousin Jason, Prince of Youth during the Jason's wedding to Stephania Pinaria, and again when Jason married Zoe Verruscosi. Aarhusium and Jason were close friends during their childhood and Pescia Academy in Adrianople together.

Durolipons has served in numerous court and governmental roles. From 1979 until 1983, he served as the aide-de-camp to Jason, Prince of Youth. After his marriage, Durolipons and his wife Alexandra maintained homes in both Latium and Lihnidos, though would spend most of their time in Lihnidos after Alexandra was made Duchess of Paloton. From 2014 until 2017, Aarhusium served as Deputy Propraetor of Adrianople. In 2017, he was considered by Emperor Constantine XX for the office of Lord Palatine of Belfras, though was ultimately passed over for the position.

Marriage and children

In 1983, Durolipons married Princess Alexandra of Lihnidos, a member of the Lihnidosi Imperial Family. Alexandra is the daughter of Selene III of Lihnidos and her husband Priapus of Ithaca. Durolipons and Princess Alexandra have four children:
