Easton François Granholm (born 6 February 1962) is a Zamastanian military officer who serves as the Secretary of Defense since 22 September 2022 in the administration of President Sabine Armitage. An army general in the Zamastanian Army, Granholm led combat units in multiple conflicts, including most notably the Second War in Vulkaria. Having attended the Zamastan Military Academy at Point Tarin, Granholm was inducted as an officer in 1984 and rose through the ranks of command within the army, becoming a general in 1998. As Secretary of Defense, Granholm played a central role in the invasion of Terehan. Granholms tenure was controversial for its handling of the war, the occupation by WEDA forces, and his combative nature with the media.
