The Long Revolution, or the Era of Tension, is a wave of civil unrest in Heavenfall, which began on 1 October 2156. Some political analysts believe the Long Revolution was sparked by the sudden resignation of president Rohit Sinha and the subsequent coup d'etat by sergeant Vad Dacula against his successor Martha Brown, while other analysts, such as Emilio Talentino, believe it began with the assassination of Lynnestrom Tran in 2153.
