Operation Case White (Unternehmen Fall Weiß) and Operation Winter (Unternehmen Winter) were the names given to two related but unrealised plans by the Englean Empire and other Western Allies against Librira. The plans were developed at the order of Englean Emperor Wilhelm III by the Englean High Command, who were eventually joined by [NATION HERE].

The first plan, Case White, envisioned the usage of a surprise attack on Libriran forces stationed in East Rezua and near the Kiezan border. This attack would involve tactics similar to the earlier Blitzkrieg tactics used within the early stages of the Second Great War, and see that frontline Libriran forces would be quickly neutralised. Forces within Kiez would strike the weaker Libriran armies, and establish a spearhead that would meet up with those invading from Rezua in order to cut off the brunt of Libriran forces in East Rezua. The official goal for this operation was to "liberate East Rezua and Librira" as well as "eliminate the communist threat" posed by the positioning of Libriran forces on the border with mainland Ventismar.

The second plan, Operation Winter, encorporated the surprise attack idea but also included the usage of nuclear weapons. The Englean Imperial Air Force would be tasked with utilising its recently developed jet strategic bombers, as well as standard strategic bombers, to attack major targets within Librira. The jet-powered aircraft were assigned major cities, such as Libra and Nieper, while the standard piston aircraft would be assigned targets such as clusters of army units as well as local military headquarters. It was estimated that this would require a total of 15 nuclear weapons, but the Englean arsenal by 1949 consisted of only 13. This operation would also plan to include forces of the United States of the Tao, who would be allowed to be rearmed under the command of the allied command in the east. The official goal for this operation was the "total neutralisation of the communist threat" and the "liberation of East Rezua, Librira, and any nation under occupation by the Libriran communist government."
