The Alexandria-Prussia Department of Veteran Affairs is a government-run military veteran benefit system with Cabinet-level status. Since the Personal Union in 1598 veteran benefits were provided through Military Retirement Agency and the Disabled Veterans Administration until the founding of this department in 1984.
