Elizabeth Hoosen (10 January 1920) is a retired Rhodeian officer who served during the Second Europan War.

Prior to the war, Elizabeth was studying accounting in the University of Vandemeerburg when the war broke out. During this time, Elizabeth was not able to find a decent job until he learned of the benefits in joining the army. Elizabeth enlisted and served as a member of the Auxiliary Territorial Service Corps stationed in Rhodeia. She was mostly responsible for radio communications and logistics management during her time in the ATS.

She would find herself in the frontlines, being a survivor of an ambushed convoy, in which she took a dead soldier's rifle and took out 3 Archadian troops. Her skills in shooting were recognised by her commanding officer, who recommended her to be transferred. Later on, she was assigned as the radioman for Torch Company in 1941. Here, she would meet her lover, Derrick Voss. Following the war, the two married and had 4 children. Elizabeth retired from the army in 1950 to focus on raising her children and working as an accountant.

Elizabeth is the great-grandmother of Rina Anne Voss, a personnel of the ILESOC.
