The Syaran Coastal Highway, officially known as Highway 17, is a Syaran highway that follows the majority of Syara's coastline, beginning in Jisova, Makedon and terminating in Vakhtanya, Hayreniky. It runs for 3,101 kilometers (1,927 miles), the longest continuous roadway in Syara. Highway 17 connects population centers that total to around 70 million Syaran citizens, nearly half the population of the entire Commonality.

Beginning in Jisova, approximately 25 kilometers from the Lushan Rivers, the Highway follows through the Makedonian coastline, passing into Scitaria until reaching the Mysian Peninsula. Instead of heading north into peninsula (which is serviced by Highway 24, the Coastal Highway continues south-west towards Slocova, along the coast of the Olichara Gulf, connecting to Gniela through Iani, then south towards Nyazhyn and Kylacky. It then follows the Scitarian coast down through Moddra, Schklohichyn, and Sharchevo before crossing into Galania through Kopvy and Vyerzhany. Then into Hayreniky it connects Zmrouk, Kachigna, Sarhadi, Arakela, Haiky, before finally terminating in Vakhtanya; 140 kilometers from the border with Ruvelka.

The idea of a transportation network running along the Syaran coast originated during the Syaran Succession Wars and became a real possibility following the Unification of Syara. Originally envisioned as a rail network, construction began in the 1890s by the Republic of Syara. As automobiles became more prominent the idea shifted towards a national motorway, construction of which began in 1928. Halted by the Siduri War, it was only renewed after the Occupation of Syara, finally completed in 1968. After the Refusal War the Highway underwent renovations and upgrades to better handle increased traffic, with more lanes and junctions added. As of 2021 approximately 250 million motorists travel through the the Coastal Highway, and an estimated 2.3 billion tons of freight are hauled through the Highway each year.
