Rikka Kushineda (5 July 1993) is a Lucian officer serving as an intelligence agent for Pavlov & Craig. She also serves as a member of Task Force 141 and later on, ILESOC. She is a granddaughter of EWI and EWII veteran Brigadier Yukio Kushineda Jr..
Early Life
Kushineda was born in Lucis and is the first of the Kushineda family to be born outside of Nihhon-koku, as most of her cousins were born in the family's ancestral land, Nihhon-koku. Although she had older cousins, most of their parents returned to the country and were born in Osaka as a reflection of the family's tradition before returning to their residences outside of the country. Rikka's father, however, decided to move away from tradition and had their first child be born in Lucis, which was Brigadier Kushineda Jr.'s country of residence.
