Inderpal Sinhmar is a Zamastanian-Tasiastani politician and businessman who currently serves as the Governor of Northern Isle province since 2022, having narrowly defeated incumbant governor Christopher Barron. Born in Jaljur, Tasiastan, Sinhmar and his parents immigrated to Angenta in 1964 and established a family business, which Inderpal took over following his graduation from the University of Providence in 1981. From 2012-16, he served as the provincial secretary of commerce under governor Stephanie Farney. A former member of the Green Liberal Party, Sinhmar was one of the founding members of the Progressive Alliance Party in 2019.
