Rikka Kushineda (5 July 1995) is a Lucian officer serving as an intelligence agent for Pavlov & Craig. She also serves as a member of Task Force 141 and later on, ILESOC. She is a granddaughter of EWI and EWII veteran Brigadier Yukio Kushineda Jr..
Initially serving as an intelligence officer and agent, she was later recruited by ILESOC for her expertise in intelligence gathering and surveillance, being P&C's top intelligence agent. She is known to be a quiet individual, possessing a sardonic and cynical trait, having to not trust people with her task at hand and preferring to work alone. Despite her detached personality, she is shown to be caring and kind for her family and friends. She also has a habit of saying numerous puns and humour in serious situations.
She was deeply close with her grandfather and kept a picture of him in her wallet, reminding her of their times when he was still alive. She also deeply loves her grandaunt, EWII veteran Brigadier Tsukuyo Kushineda and is close with her cousins from the Sugiyama family.
Early Life
Kushineda was born in Lucis and is the first of the Kushineda family to be born outside of Nihhon-koku, as most of her cousins were born in the family's ancestral land, Nihhon-koku. Although she had older cousins, most of their parents returned to the country and were born in Osaka as a reflection of the family's tradition before returning to their residences outside of the country. Rikka's father, however, decided to move away from tradition and had their first child be born in Lucis, which was Brigadier Kushineda Jr.'s country of residence.
