Victor Richardson (14 April 2000 - 30 October 2040) was a Concordian officer who served under Task Force Nicator as a member of TF Blue. He is easily recognised as TF Nicator's most antipathetic, sadistic, careless, ruthless, and cunning member. His peers have described him as an egotist, racist, and a homophobic.
Born in San Antonio's suburbs, he grew up without a father. As a result, it was this pain that made him into a bully and an egotist. But despite these, he was also witty, graduating from college in 2025. It was because of his sharp wit that his headmasters had refused to expel him for his attitude. Instead, he was given special classes to prevent him from bullying his colleagues.
When the Concordia had left the Commonwealth and declared itself to be a republic, Victor joined the army as Concordia declared war on the Heimdallr Council and ultimately, the United Kingdom. As a strong anti-monarchist, he firmly supported Robert Starkweather and called him a "god". He later met Kevin Yoo, who had the same mindset as him. It was him who Victor befriended the most. Later, he befriended Thomas Xavier Whitfield, who was Yoo's classmate in college. The three were later assigned to Task Force Nicator with them becoming Nicator's most ruthless and egotistic members.
Although cunning and smart, His refusal to often listen to commands led his commanders to form an independent team within TF Blue. Despite pleads to evict him from the Task Force, General Darius Tillman vouched for him to stay, citing as he had been responsible for some successes, and that they could not afford to lose one of its most skilled personnel.
Victor's platoon had been responsible for some of the Neocon's war crimes committed, particularly during Operation Claim, when he refused to take prisoners, citing "he was only doing his job". This would ultimately lead to his death in Nicator's final operation during Operation Dawnlight.
