Marshal Tariq Osei (born May 15, 1957) is a military officer serving as the current highest-ranking officer, holding the rank of Marshal, in the Seran Royal Marines of the United States of Sera. With an impressive career spanning over two decades, Marshal Osei has made significant contributions to the military and is renowned for his leadership skills and strategic prowess. Osei served previously as a General during the Seran-Spartan War and oversaw the campaign in the south during the war. After the war, Osei continued to work closely with his subordinates to improve the Royal Marine Corps, and took great pride in having one of the highest rates of promotion for individuals under his command in the entire armed forces.

Known as a cold, calculating man, Osei made his way through the ranks of the Seran Marines with a stellar service record. He served during the Summer Communist Rebellion of 1977 as a Corporal in the 4th Marine Rifle Regiment and saw extensive combat during the campaign to secure the region.
