Union Baïe Saint-Louis, often shortened to Baïe or UBSL, is a Garamburan professional association football club based in the Saint-Louis district of Mambiza, Garambura. Founded in 1921 as a sports club for Bahian évolués, Baïe is the oldest continuous-running association football club in Garambura.

The club was essentially amateur until the 1970s, when it became a founding member of the professional Ligue 1 Garamboure. Since then, Baîe has gone on to win a total of 17 league titles, the most of any club, and has historically been the league's dominant club. Numerous Garamburan footballers have made their break to Euclean or Asterian football leagues through the club, which earned it the nickname of Atlas amongst fans, after the Piraean Titan that holds up the sky. Baïe also has a major connection to the Pan-Bahian movement, and has a significant diasporic fanbase across the world, represented by the two Pan-African flags adorning its crest.

Baïe were champions of the 2021–22 and 2022–23 seasons of the Ligue 1 Garamboure, and as such have appeared at the Coupe du Monde des Clubs as the participant from Garambura for the last two years running.
