The Constitutional Court of the Free City of Heavenfall is the highest constitutional court in the judicial system of Heavenfall. Comprising of 33 lord justices, it is the only court in Heavenfall to exercise judicial review. The Court does not hear appeals. The cases on the Court's docket are chosen by the Lord Chief Justice, either because the case concerns a constitutional matter or the case was referred to them by the Supreme Court or Department of Justice. While de jure the Court has jurisdiction over all legal matters of Heavenfall, they de facto only practice jurisdicton over constitutional cases.
