Kito'Bahari (KEE-tow-BA-har-ee), officially the City of Kito'Bahari, known as "the Ocean's Jewel", and "Gate to the Sea", is a coastal metropolis and the county seat of Sele County in northern Kado, the United States of Sera. With a population of 4,626,000 at the 2022 census, it is the first-most populous city in Kado and the second-most populous city in the entirety of Unified Sera. The Kito'Bahari metropolitan area is the second largest in the U.S.S. with a population of 6.138 million in 2021. The city has the third-largest skyline in the U.S.S with over 300 high-rises, 58 of which exceed 491 ft (150 m).

Kito'Bahari is a major center and leader in finance, commerce, culture, arts, and international trade due to its high population, its status as the capital of Kado, and its status as capital of the entirety of Unified Sera. Kito'Bahari's metropolitan area is by far the largest urban economy in Kado and the 8th largest in the U.S.S, with a GDP of 344.9 billion Unities as of 2017.

Downtown Kito'Bahari is home to the permanent residence of the Tu'Aruc Royal Family known as the Palace of Kings along with the official offices of the Office of the Monarchy. It has one of the largest concentrations of international banks in the U.S.S and is home to many large national and international companies such as Iron-Forge International, the Cetanu-Yutani Corporation, and Pride Automotives. The Health District is home to several major University of Kado-affiliated hospital and health facilities, including Kwame Memorial Hospital, the state's largest hospital. The University of Kito'Bahari (UKB) and the Kito'Bahari Agriculture and Mechanical University (KAMU) are also present in the city, making the city a rare tri-university city.

Kito'Bahari hosted the 2024 Summer Olympics.
