Harold Peter Casey (born 6 April 1962) is a Zamastanian military officer who served as the Secretary of Defense in the administration of President Sabine Armitage. He was previously the Deputy-Secretary of Defense under Easton Granholm until Armitage fired him and appointed Casey to replace him on January 16, 2023, a move meant to restructure the military operations in the Terehan War. Prior to administrative roles in the Defense Department, Casey served as a three-star general in the Zamastanian Army and oversaw CCA Peacekeeping forces in central Euronia. Under Casey's administration, the military captured many former ousted government leaders including Asaad al-Shaad, but was faced with a growing insurgency led by the Islamic Terehanian Alliance State (ITAS).
