The Tides Organization is a large criminal organization based in Bonifácio-Eunseog, Sunken City, with minor operations elsewhere in Heavenfall. The Tides are composed of various gangs, cartels, mobs, and crime families throughout Bonifácio-Eunseog, with its current size and influence unknown. The Tides were organized by Penelope Estrada of the Furão Gang during a truce following the 2166 Sunken City raids. Known members of the Tides Organization include the Furão Gang, the Eunseog Triangle, the Majid Family, the Lacerda Family, and the Bombeiros Cartel, with other members theorized but not confirmed.
