ⅩⅠ: You would not taste foreign sugar (Zhoushi: ᚴ: Ƞeȝuꞇiш cuƌigo cukru; Belgorian: 11: Ⲛⲉⲟⲭⲩⲧⲛⲁϣ ⲧⲥⲓⲍⲓⲅⲟ ⲧⲥⲩⲕⲣⲁ; Neo-Mustelarian: ⅩⅠ: Nevkusij zagrancû sladak) is a Mustelarian television show aired by Mustelarian public TV, focusing on absurd and/or outdated laws and regulations in municipalities, regions and states currently under the administration of Mustelaria.
The name comes as a reference to the Ten Commandments, to which the number 11 (ⅩⅠ) is added. The name "You would not taste foreign sugar" is a reference to the sixth episode of the first season, which discussess how multiple municipalities in the Storvan Autonomy have banned the usage of imported sugar between 1991 and 1995. In Zhoushi cultural areas, sometimes the number "ᚴ" is used as a remnant of a old dozenal system.

1 | 1 | "Back on track" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 1, 2019
In Krelnoƿ Municipal Group (LAU 1 unit), it is illegal to walk backwards on a pavement besides a road of Class II or higher. This decision comes from a legal case, where a woman was hit by a car back in 1997, because she was walking backwards and wasn't able to see, that the pavement turns and walked into the street.
2 | 2 | "Freedom!" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 2, 2019
In Gasnoƿice Metropolitan Area (LAU 1 unit), it is illegal to scream "Freedom!" in public. This decision dates back to a case, where a woman celebrating the 60th anniversary of liberation of Gasnoƿice from the Council State started frantically screaming "Freedom!" in the main boulevard, which cased multiple people to call the police, thinking that she was a escapee from the local psychiatry ward.

In the municipality of Helinov (LAU 2 unit), it is illegal to build a flying object which can reach higher relative altitude than 35 meters from the takeoff site. This weird regulation can be traced back to 2006, when local high school was doing a water rocket launches with its students. One of those rockets managed to knock out an endangered species of a hawk in flight. Following eco activist courts forced the school to pay hundreds of thousands in reparations and pushed the city council to ban building of a flying objects.
4 | 4 | "1023" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 4, 2019
In multiple neighborhoods in Bielovar (Slovanic-majority city, LAU 2 unit), houses with a number 1023 were forced to change the number in 2000. This absurd case can be explained by a problem in programming of a local digitalisation process, where the number "1023", in binary "1111111111", was marked as "invalid" number, or marked the buildings as "destroyed", because while a string of 10 zeroes was used for a vacant space, a string of 10 ones was used for "demolished". Before this bug was patched, the inhabinants of those 1023-number houses didn't have to pay property taxes.
5 | 5 | "Here comes airplane" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 7, 2019
Near Huoqince, on the 27th km of the D-14, it is illegal for cars to have a malfunction. This rather baffling regulation was set into place in 1981, after the plane model Oblөt-745 had to perform an emergency landing on a highway strip on D-14, which was quickly rerouted. However, one car got stuck because of a overheated motor and was crashed under the wheels of the plane, resulting in a 2 year long legal battle over the insurance. Eventually, tired local government banned malfunctions on those 726 meters of the highway. So far, only one person was fined for not complying.
6 | 6 | "Sugar honey honey!" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 8, 2019
In the Santiflin municipal group (LAU 1 unit), it was illegal for locals to sell sugar without license issued by the Autonomous Government between 1991 and 1995. This move was done, because in 1991, a smuggler's ship smuggling cocaine from Prei Meas was accidentally unloaded by a sugar distributor, putting almost three tons of cocaine into circulation. Despite the attempts of multiple local agencies, almost fifty people got accidentally high when cooking and 13 people got poisoned by overdosing on multiple occasions, two of which died.
7 | 7 | "Miasma theory" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 9, 2019
In the city of Vylшeꝛƞnice (LAU 2 unit), it is illegal for diseases to spread via air. This law can be dating back into 1912, when a local influenza outbreak caused a conflict between a Miasma theory supporters and scientists preferring a more modern view on the spread. Eventually, a compromise was reached, as countermeasures were done according by the scientist community with the condition, that legally, viri are banned from spreading using a airborne transmission.
8 | 8 | "Mugshot" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 10, 2019
In the city of Mλenikoƿ (LAU 2 unit), it is illegal to take a mug shot photo of a convicted criminal without asking them to close their eyes if a flash is used. This regulation for the police force dates back to 1997, when a woman arrested for stealing a laptop was photoshopped without prior warning and has undergone a epileptic seizure because of the flash.
9 | 9 | "Water trip" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 11, 2019
In the city of Ƌerikoƿ (LAU 2 unit), it is illegal for a Non-Messiah to walk on water. This regulation can be traced back to an old 1907 local Mass psychogenic illness, where a group of drugged city councillors sighted a man walking on the water. In fact, this person was a local lumberjack walking on the side of the lake, but in their eyes, it was a Messiah walking on water. The confused lumberjack was offered to be a mayor in the city and served for 3 hours before the council sobered up. Being too ashamed to admit their drug problem, they circumvented the story by creating a regulation prohibiting Non-Messiahs to walk on water.
10 | 10 | "Tram lines" | Piter Slavlin | TBA | January 14, 2019
In the city neighborhood of Ꝛitƞik in the city of Orlobirg, it is illegal for trams to go in the opposite direction. This could be traced back to the confusion in which the newly established Zhousheng (created in 1943) announced, that as of January 1st, 1951, the traffic would be changing from left-hand to right-hand. Due to the complexity of sliding rails in the Orlobirg tram system, the neighborhood of Ꝛitƞik was cut off from the rest of the city and trams needed to undergo a switchover from right-hand to left-hand in order to reach the neighborhood. The local neighborhood council banned the left-hand traffic, which forced the trams to be going backwards to meet the regulation. Enraged council replaced the original rule with a new one prohibiting trams from driving backwards.
