Cabinet of Lecistan
Her Royal Highness's Cabinet (Lec: Jej Królewsczi Wësokòsc Gabinet), commonly known as the Cabinet of Lecistan (Lec: Gabinet Lekkëbsczi), is the cabinet of the Grand Duchy of Lecistan, and serves as the country's executive branch of government. It is responsible for implementing laws passed by the country's Royal Chamber and overseeing the country's affairs.
The cabinet formally consists of the Grand Duchess, President, the Secretary for Lecistan in Nevanmaa, the Governor-General of Lecistan, and sixteen ministers. After elections, the Grand Duchess appoints an individual (generally the leader of the winning party or coalition) to the presidency; the presidency then nominates other ministers for approval by the Grand Duchess and the Royal Chamber. The Secretary for Lecistan in Nevanmaa, however, only requires the approval of the Royal Chamber. The Nevan government selects the Governor-General of Lecistan.
The current cabinet was appointed following Lecistan's 2016 elections, which were won by Łukôsz Grzéskowicz and the Solidarity Alliance, though a significant reshuffle occurred after the Party for Freedom and Progress left the governing coalition later that year.
