Carmilla Monici (21 June 1923) is a retired Erebonian officer who served under the Special Operations Executive during the Second Europan War.

Carmilla is the daughter of two Archadian immigrants who fled from Solidor's harsh rule over Archadia. Her family settled in Kongsberg, where she was born, making her of Erebonian birth. While it was tough for her family to settle, her parents soon managed to make a living, and Carmilla was raised fruitfully. Carmilla found her passion for hunting, which she learned from her elder brother. When EWII broke out, her brother enlisted in the Erebonian Army, but in 1940, he was killed during a battle against invading Imperial forces. Upon hearing this, Carmilla would follow to enlist in the Erebonian Army, in which her commanding officer noted her marksmanship skills. She was promptly asked to join the SOE and became a member of Oboe Company. She was later assigned to South Amerigonna with the rest of Oboe Company.

Following the war, she married Rickard Keith and had 4 children. She is the paternal grandmother of ILESOC, Henry Keith.
