Kari Bauer (19 December 1922) is a retired Rubrumian officer who served during the Second Europan War as part of Oboe Company under the Special Air Service.

Kari is the team's radiowoman. She is responsible for calling in reinforcements and support to the field. Prior to the war, Kari graduated under the course of Mass Communication. She was interested with the radio, hence she hoped to be a broadcaster. But when the war came, she enlisted in the Rubrumian Army under the ATS. Later on, she volunteered to be deployed in the frontlines and found herself transferred to Erebonia, where she was to be joined with Oboe Company. The following year, she and the rest of the company were transferred to Ilari to help both the Ilarian Army and the resistance against Archadian and Guadonian expansion.

Following the war, she married her wartime lover, Richard Valestine and settled in Erebonia with him. They had 3 children together.

She is the grandmother of Sarah Valestine and the great-grandmother of Hinara Fegelein.
