The Changan Institute of Technology (CIT) (Zhenian: 장안공과대학교), is a public research university in Changan, Zhenia, particularly specializing in the natural sciences and engineering. Established and operated directly by the Government of the Greater Eastern Union, it was one of the first completely research-oriented science institutions in the nation.
