Socialist Unity (Luzelese: Coalizão da Esquerda Radical; Esmeiran: Coalición de la Izquierda Radical; Visegan: Coalición da Esquerda Radical; Tosuton: Coalició d'Esquerra Radical), abbreviated COESRA or COIZRA in Esmeiran, is a formal left-wing political alliance in Paretia. It was formed in opposition to the far-right O Povo alliance between the Patron League and Alternative Party.
Internal factions
- Euclean Social Democracy: The largest faction, it is mostly made up of the center-left of the alliance, mainly made up of members of the Paretian Socialist Movement and Tosuton Front. It advocates for a pro-Euclean Community stance as well as social democracy. It also has progressivism and social liberalism as a major part of it's ideology. It mostly adheres to the central founding stance of the SD, pro-Eucleanism. The leader of this faction is SD member Carolina Belo.
- Candidacy for Workers: This faction is mainly representative of the most left-wing parts of the alliance. It includes members of both the Paretian Socialist Movement, Greens, and Paretian Section of the Workers' International, it advocates for further implemantation of socialism and a more friendly stance towards Kirenia as well as being less close with social liberals in the EC. This faction is lead by Salomão Andrade.
- Tosuton-Visegan Leftist Regionalists: This faction is entirely made of members of the Visegan Party and the Tosuton Front and are mainly social democrats who advocate for less influence from the national government and more autonomy for Visega and Tosutonia as regionalism is the main part of it's ideology, this group is lead by Roser de Fontanel.
