The Social Committee for Progress and Reform is an active insurgent organization, responsible for numerous acts of domestic and international terrorism. Though it is based in Vescarium, and it's members are overwhelmingly Vescarian, cells in other Thuadian countries exist, such as Bakyern and Kentalis.
