The Democratic Reform Party (Partai Reformasi Demokratis, PRD) is a liberal and civic nationalist party in North Kabu. Since the 2021 election, it currently forms a single-party minority government under the premiership of Kumat Dumarwulan, with the party controlling 84 out of 175 seats within the Senate and its traditional rival the Republican People's Party forming the opposition.

The party was formed in 1990 after the fall of the 1978-90 military regime in North Kabu by supporters of human rights activist Cahyo Dwi's ultimately 1990 presidential campaign, adopting a progressive platform in support of liberal democracy. The party would form government in 1993 after legislative elections granted it a majority and would pursue a policy of detente with Estmere through negotiating a peace settlement over the sovereignty of Kingsport and renouncing North Kabu's claims over the territory.

While the party would fail to win the 1994 presidential election and would lose control of government after the 1997 legislative election, it would regain power in the 2005 election and party co-founder Raharjo Suratman would serve as President between 2006 and 2014. In 2017 after the PRR lost its majority the two parties would form a grand coalition under development economist Kumat Dumarwulan, who would ultimately join the PRD shortly before the 2021 election.

The party possesses a socially and economically liberal platform centred around the promotion of human rights and social justice, the creation of a globalised social market economy, the achievement of universal literacy and health coverage, the peaceful reunification of the Kabuese archipelago through active dialogue with the South Kabuese government and increased economic co-operation with the Euclean Community and Asteria.
