Estelle Minnaar (17 December 1923) is a retired Basel-Ebelian officer who served during the Second Europan War.

A daughter of one of Basel-Ebel's elite families, Estelle was considered to be the jewel of her family. As a result, she was often spoiled by her parents, leading her to become arrogant growing up. Although her life changed when the Second Europan War began. Her father's business began to sink due to the effects of the war with raw materials being diverted to the war effort. As a result, Estelle was forced to find work to be able to finance her studies. When the news of her father's death caused by an Imperial assailant reached her, she decided to abandon her rich life and joined the army in 1942. Although it wasn't easy for her to adjust, her life turned around when she joined Torch Company as part of the Special Air Service. Here, she began to open up herself with other people, especially Erik Smits, who admired Minnaar.

As the war drew to a close, Estelle acknowledged Erik's feelings. Smits proposed to her as the war neared its end, which she accepted. They were married a week after the instrument of surrender was signed. They had 5 children together. She is the grandmother of Zephyr Smits, an operative of ILESOC.
