JetWhite Flight 8288 was a scheduled domestic passenger flight from Ellis International Airport in Kelowna, Zian, to Sydney-Titania International Airport in Titania. The flight was operated by low-cost Zamastanian airline JetWhite. On April 17th, 2023, the aircraft, a Toring 757, crashed into a mountainside in the Louise Mountains of Siriol National Park in eastern Pahl, roughly 60 miles east of Orilian, killing all 290 people on board. It was the deadliest airplane crash in Zamastanian history. The crash was caused by the pilot, Steff Harrison, who was found to have been intoxicated during the flight. The co-pilot was not in the cockpit at the time of the crash, leading investigators to believe he was unable to reenter during the plane's rapid and dramatic descent.

Shortly after the crash, JetWhite and other Zamastanian carriers implemented new recommendations that required two authorized personnel in the cockpit at all times. Additional screenings and time requirements for pilot and crew sobriety were also introduced.
