Kaiho Väisänen (18 September 1909 - 24 April 2014) was a Balambian officer who served during the Estharian Civil War, the Second Europan War, and in the War of Lorican Aggression until his retirement.

Väisänen had strong military roots, notably his 4 elder brothers serving in the army while their father was a General in the Balambian Defence Force. As a result, Väisänen followed in the steps of his father and of his siblings. Out of all the Väisänen brothers, Kaiho was the most promising, having the charisma and talent of being a leader. As a result, his father requested that his son be enrolled in commanding roles. By the time the Balambian War broke out, Väisänen was a Captain within the Balambian Army. It was during the Battle of Baluussalmi where he would gain the moniker of The Terror of the Imperials for his roles in harassing and denying foodstuffs towards the Imperials.

He most eagerly served once again during the Second Europan War and was a part of Oboe Company as the Balambian contingent's commander. He returned home to his wife and 3 children after the war.

Väisänen is the grandfather of Arttu Väisänen, a Balambian operative within ILESOC.
