Kaitlin Charlotte Garan is a Zamastanian politician, journalist, and diplomat who is the current Chairperson of the Blue Conservative Party. She became leader after a bid to replace Larious Maxwell following his resignation from sexual misconduct allegations. Garan previously served as a reporter for the Jade Tribune and the ambassador to Durnstaal under President Anya Bishop and the ambassador to Alcarres under Foley Sakzi.
