The MDA F-50 Lynx is a single-seat and single-engined 4.5th generation multirole fighters designed by Acrean aerospace firm MDA AB for the Imperial Shalumite Air Force.
The F-50 uses many design features characteristic of Acrean 4.5 and 5th generation fighters, including advanced variable flight control systems and an emphasis on its software and networking capabilities. Designed as an economic 4.5th generation fighter it possesses several limitations, such as a very small internal weapons bay meaning that it carries weapons externally as standard.
