Silvus is the Modern day capital of Winst. It is the second largest city in Winst with 3.5 million inhabitants in it's metro area, and is located on the Silvil river.

First founded in 1305, as Renton the city grew to be a prosperous trade hub between the North and South along the Silvil river. It served as an important crossing point between the Kingdoms of Vink and Ester. After the Continental war and the establishment of the Grand Duchy of Winchester. Grand Duchess Marseille moved her capital to the city and renamed it after the river it sat on. Following the integration of the Revolutionary Republic of Winchester into the Union of Relias it ceased being a capital city until the proclamation of the Noble Consitution in 1855, and has served as the capital of Winst ever since.
