Teodora Sofia Kovacheva (born February 29 1984) is the current President of Tengaria and head of the Tengarian National Rally, having served in these positions after being elected to office in 2014. She is the granddaughter of Simeon Kovachev, and a member of the Kovachev political family, which has dominated Tengarian politics for sixty years. She is the first female President of Tengaria, and is one of the youngest Heads of State in office in the world, being younger than forty years; however, this was only possible because of her family connections.

Teodora was born in 1984 as the only child of Dimitri Kovachev and his wife Anastasia, in the capital city of Lenovo. Her father had just been elected to the Presidency after the death of her grandfater Simeon a few months prior, when her father was nearly forty years old. She was raised around the political workings of Tengaria, and expressed an interest in politics from a young age. At the age of 17, she was one a few select women enrolled into the Tengarian Military Insitute, graduating with a degree in military justice and a commission. She could not serve in any combat of the military on account of her sex, so she worked for the Army Legal Corps as a lawyer, and rose to the rank of Polkovnik. In 2009, she married a fellow officer, Simeon Dimitrov, and has four children with him.

Teodora graduated from the University of Lenovo with a masters and doctorate in Law in 2012, then succesfully won the election to the National Assembly of Tengaria. She served in the National Assembly for two years, gradually taking more and more responsibilities from her father, until her father's death in 2014. She took over leadership of the National Rally and won a landslide victory in her first presidential election, becoming President of Tengaria in 2014 and the youngest Head of State at a mere 30 years old. She has remained in that position since, winning a re-election in 2018, securing her position until the year 2022.

During the course of her Presidency, Teodora has worked to revitalize the values which her grandfather Simeon had established but had become more lax under her father. She actively worked to cut down the corruption her father's regime had left her and tried to restore the public image of the Tengarian presidency both at home and abroad. The Tengarian economy has improved signifcantly under her tenture. She is widely popular in Tengaria, and her youthful and attractive appearance caused her to become a Meme in other parts of the world. However, international critics claim that she only sugarcoats the political problems Tengaria faces and still works to actively perpetuate them.
